On the 25th May the General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, came into effect.  The new regulations will affect all companies who process personal data. To comply with GDPR we have updated our Privacy Policy and our new Privacy Notice, which sets out how we utilise and protect your personal data, and your rights in relation to this. We want you to know that we respect the information we hold on you and that we take the security of your information very seriously. You can inform us at any time if you would like your details to be deleted from our database by emailing GDPR@mosspark.org.uk  If we do not hear from you we will continue to store your details on our database and make contact with you.

On Thursday 17th November Oakbank Waste Management Ltd became proud supporters of the Dumfries & Galloway Standard Toy Appeal this Christmas.  Our pledge to this appeal is to fill one of our skips full of toys, sweets, or gift cards for under-privileged children from new born to 16 year olds. We are asking everyone to help support this cause by donating toys, sweets, or gift cards and help us fill our skip.  We are looking for new toys for all ages and there is no need to even wrap them.  However, we cannot accept soft toys that do not have a CE kitemark tag attached. You can deliver your donation to our main office reception or at our weighbridge reception desk both at Mosspark, Brasswell, Annan Road from Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00hrs.  Alternatively, contact us and we will arrange collection from your premises. Our skip full of donations will be delivered to the Dumfries & Galloway Standard offices on Friday 16th December. We thank you for considering our request, and look forward to hearing from you soon.
